I actually started this piece a couple days ago, and have just finished it. My photo reference was a wildflower garden up in Winter Park, Colorado that was so filled with flowers, it looked almost unreal. I could have selected just a portion of the photo to inspire me, but instead wanted to express the sheer abundance of flowers. Contact me if you are interested in this painting.
