Aquarium Scene

Aquarium Scene
5 x7, Greeting Card

Day 7 of the painting challenge. This is a whimsical painting that I painted into the evening. I have always enjoyed aquariums and have normally had one or half a dozen in my home. Currently, I am down to just one 80 gallon tank. Love to watch the fish. I find it meditative. This card will be available on my website tomorrow.

Day 6 of the painting challenge, we have changed things up to paint a snippet of a summer's garden. Summer is such a joyous time. Who can be sad when they look at so many flowers? You can purchase this painting on my website.

Greeting Card: "Whiskers"

Greeting Card- 5 x 7

Day 5 of the painting contest. Painting everyday with the goal of finishing a painting. I meant to paint a much larger painting today.. but things (life) came up and I only had time for a smaller painting. This hare painting still has lots of personality. It will be posted for sale tomorrow on my website.

Greeting Card- Charlie

5x7 greeting card

Day 4 of the painting challenge and I did a semi-portrait of our feral cat Charlie. I didn't crop his left ear, so he looks more handsome in this painting. I find painting in acrylics is so much faster than painting in oils.

So much to do today... Brunch, Bronco game, running errands, and helping Ralph. No time for a larger painting. But I did paint this card. I have quite a few hand-painted acrylic greeting cards.
