I guess the Christmas holidays have me thinking  pastoral  thoughts. Couldn't resist painting a small flock of sheep. They look as though they should be crowding around a manger....  Merry Christmas to all and blessings of a joyful 2013.

Sheep in the Pasture II

Sheep in the Pasture

7 x 7

Oil on Board

We watched a DVD called "Sweet Grass" the other night. It was all about the tough life of sheep herding up in Montana. Regardless of the human hazards and dilemma's I loved watching all the sheep. Which has me wanting to capture them in paint. This painting includes free shipping in the Continental USA, $85.00
