I have been working on this painting for a while. It was drawn out and ready to paint and then life got in the way... then I started painting it and had to stop and get ready for my art show in Tubac, AZ. After the painting started to dry, the background seemed to dry to darkly and after reconsidering my color choices I changed the background color. Here is the newly completed painting below.
